• Lake Manassas, an upscale residental community in Manassas Virginia, received a "Finest for Family Living Award" in the Best Overall Amenities and Environment category from the Northern Virginia Builders Association
• The City of Concord, North Carolina, was selected as an All-American City, due in part to its Center City Plan which was developed by HadenStanziale
• HadenStanziale was recognized by the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce, GTE and Triangle Bank as the Small Business of the Year
• The Streets at Southpoint (Durham, NC) received an award from The International Council of Shopping Centers’ 27th International Design and Development Award
